A new QuickBooks Web Connector integration package allows data to be synchronized from The Magazine Manager directly to QuickBooks. Address change data, new invoices and payments are moved into QuickBooks as they are made in The Magazine Manager.

New Inbox Feature
One of the best new features in The Magazine Manager 2009 is an inbox that updates users when actions have been taken on their clients including the arrival of ad material, the creation of invoices, receipt of payments as well as alerts for client meetings.

Here comes Pagination
The Paginator, which is scheduled to join The Magazine Manager suite of products in July, will complete The Magazine Manager production process. Publishers will be able to paginate and proof their magazines online and publish a digital edition all in one process. Production Managers will now have an archive of position and ad material information all within The Magazine Manager.

The Magazine Manager Goes Mobile
The new mobile version of The Magazine Manager shows phone numbers for your recent contacts, lists your upcoming meetings, allows you to search your client database from the road, and lists any new contracts that have been entered into The Magazine Manager.

The Magazine Manager has re-written the way the system handles frequencies to allow companies to handle weekly and even daily frequencies for publishers. The new system allows publishers to easily edit frequencies and add issues to their publication frequency.

Create your own Magazine Manager!
The new Navigation Bar controls allow users to create their own navigation tabs, re-order existing pages, create links to other websites as pages within navbars and use the navbar to expand or reduce employee access to pages within The Magazine Manager.

Quicksearch more quickly!
The new quicksearch feature autosearches as you type for quicker access to your accounts and the ability to leave notes on accounts with a few keystrokes.
